Not sick enough. Not really.

As I re-read these notes in my Manage My Health, I wonder about my symptoms (or lack thereof) and question my ability to have listened to my body, and what it was trying to tell me.
It was June 2023 and I had been feeling unwell for some time.
Both my parents had recently died, and so I thought that perhaps the discomfort I was feeling in my gut was due to my loss of my parents.
But it was physical.
The cramping was debilitating.
The farting was stinky-as, putrid even.
The fatigue sent me to bed early with no energy to even eat.
